Quid , " inquit " Domina , tantis obstupescis opibus ?
Lady , why are you so surprised at all this vast wealth ? All that is here is yours . So retire to your room , and ease your weariness on the bed , and when you wish you can bathe . The voices you may hear are those of your servants , we who wait on you willingly , and when your body is refreshed we will be ready with a feast .
My lady , why are you stunned at such a mighty collection of riches ? Everything belongs to you . Now betake yourself to the bedroom and on its couch find balm for your weariness . And whenever you like , go for a bath . We , the voices you hear , are your servants . We will render you diligent service , and when your body is cared for , a regal feast will be ready forthwith .
